You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you decide to return an item after receiving the correct product, please note that the following return options are available to you:

1. Self-Return to Our Warehouse:
You are welcome to return the product directly to our warehouse, provided that the item is in a condition that does not affect its resale. In such cases, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

2. Pick-Up Service:
If you prefer the convenience of us coming to you, we offer a pick-up service for returns. In addition to the 20% restocking fee, a pick-up charge will also be applied. This charge covers the cost of our courier services coming to your location to collect the item.

• Please note that Natural Turf is a perishable product dispatched directly from the farm. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations. We appreciate your understanding.
