Delivery Area and Charges
Our delivery services are available within an 80km radius of our warehouse. Delivery charges vary based on the product type, quantity, and delivery distance.
Natural Turf:
Orders over 30m² cost $160; delivery minimum is 30m².
Under 30m²: available for pick-up.
Delivered within 2-5 days.
Artificial Turf, Builder's Film, Weed Mat, Nail and U Pins:
Flat rate: $80
Delivered by the second day.
Delivery and pick-up available.
Aggie Pipe:
$80---$120

For products priced under $500: $100 shipping fee.
For products priced between $500 and $1,000: $150 shipping fee.

Bulk Materials:
- Designated areas have a base shipping fee of either AUD 60 or AUD 90.
- All other regions within Victoria have a unified base shipping rate of AUD 500.
- Shipping costs increase progressively based on volume tiers.
- Orders under 1 cubic meter do not qualify for delivery.

- Product Variability: All our products are subject to natural variations in color, texture, and size. The product images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product.
- Damage During Delivery: Landscape Supply Victoria is not responsible for any damage to the products once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Incorrect Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Landscape Supply Victoria is not liable for any misdeliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Access and Safety: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for our delivery personnel. Landscape Supply Victoria reserves the right to refuse delivery if the conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible, with any associated costs to be borne by the customer.
- Third-Party Services: For deliveries requiring third-party services, Landscape Supply Victoria is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties, including but not limited to delays or damages.
- Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are subject to our return policy. Products must be returned in their original condition, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Changes to Shipping Policy
Landscape Supply Victoria reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
